I am Lou Toth, CEO of MyAgentPartner Inc., and I have been working as a producer and agent since 2003. As an Insurance Producer, I saw pitfalls in ways that we communicate information to our clients. But at first, that wasn't really my concern. My concern was to find new business, so I developed software programs to process Blind Home and Auto quotes which worked out really well for myself and some other agents that I was partnered with. Our ability to add new households and policies was excellent, but later on, we would see some of them leave through the back door without so much as a 'Good-bye' phone call. Spending thousands of dollars to get them to become clients only to lose them soon after we had written them seemed so counter productive. So, we tried to do more and more Customer Protection Reviews, but many of the clients were not interested in coming in. We did manage to schedule quite a few appointments, but I felt there were so many we missed. Most of these clients were people that we added through Internet Leads and Direct Mailings, so I figured that we needed to reach out to them and communicate in the same way. Most of them were not interested in coming into an agency and sitting down to review their coverage or they would have when we acquired them. This is why I created My Agent Partner. My Agent Partner is like having another person or really like having a team of people since it can accomplish more than I can and is much faster too. CPR Blaster really stirs up the feeling that they do not have enough coverage with their current limits, so it gets them to start emailing and calling to see why their agent feels they have a gap in coverage. By using an A-Z review method we are able to have the right conversation under the right conditions and focus on coverage not on price or policy activity.
